Job Description: We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide accurate and data-based information on the company’s profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity. You will research and analyze financial information to help company make well informed decisions, write reports, and monitor financial movements.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Support M&A activities, including due diligence, financial modeling/valuation, and pre- and post-merger integration analysis.
• Help finance manager prepare Consolidated budgets, forecasts, etc., taking into account the company’s goals and financial standing 
• Assist in tracking and determining financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with budgets/forecasts 
• Help analyze the financial and operating metrics to assess near-term and long-term trends 
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks 
• Assist in preparing and improving a routine reporting package for management and lenders 
• Assist in the creation of business cases for new strategic initiatives, investments, or projects.
• Conduct detailed financial analyses to support the strategic initiatives of the organization. 
• Develop presentations, financial models, conduct benchmarking, and process analysis 
• Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about our industry 
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function 
• Ad hoc reporting and other projects as needed 

Required Education, Certification, Experience and Skill Requirements: 

• 3-5 years working experience as a financial analyst 
• Proficient in excel spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications 
• Proven knowledge of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis 
• BS degree in Finance, Economics, or related field 
• Healthcare industry or Pharmacy experience REQUIRED
